By signing up and using the services made available by the program, Pagazani.com, or as referenced in this agreement "Pagazani", you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this membership agreement.

Pagazani may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. We will endeavor to send out a notice to all our members regarding the new terms and/or terms which have changed. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your Pagazani account. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute your binding acceptance to the change. You agree and acknowledge that you will review this agreement on a regular basis and you further agree that upon logging in and viewing the site you are deemed to have reviewed and accepted the latest revisions/modifications to this membership agreement.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be 16 years of age or older to participate. The service is open to all US and International members and is void where prohibited.

Site Membership
Pagazani.com is made available for personal use only. One user may only operate one account. Creation and use of more than one active account will result in closure of all accounts. Only one account per household is allowed. This includes, but is not restricted to, accounts registered at the same address, accounts being operated from the same device, accounts being operated from the same premises, accounts using the same internet connection or IP address and any other action which we determine suggests a breach of this rule. Accounts cannot be shared and payment accounts such as Paypal, or other methods offered, cannot be shared. Members using Proxy, VPN, public internet connections, shared IP addresses or shared computers will also be banned. You must provide current and accurate information ( correct name and correct email ) upon registration for our Service. By agreeing to our terms and using the site you acknowledge that any breach of these terms will result in any accounts involved being closed automatically. Any account terminated on pagazani.com will result in any earnings and current balance on that account and any related accounts being forfeited. Termination of an account does not merit the creation of a new account. You are only permitted to complete an offer once unless otherwise specified. You are solely responsible for keeping your pagazani.com account and password confidential. Members are solely responsible for paying and reporting any and all local taxes that may be due in relation to any points, cash prizes or other rewards collected by members via any of our Rewards Programs. You are therefore responsible for any and all tax liability arising from or associated with your use of, and earning from, the Pagazani website, the services, and the programs offered, including liability arising from your accrual of Rewards Program points or your redemption of such points for cash or other value. It is your reponsibility to seek the advice of a tax professional in order to determine the tax consequences from your use of the site, and any associated points, rewards, prizes, or credits earned or redeemed.

Account Verification
We reserve the right to ask members for an address confirmation document or other verification method at any time to confirm that a valid account has been registered. This can be done as part of account spot checks or where necesary to verify the identity of a reward recipient on our site. Payment will be held until the member is fully verified or indefinitely if no address or other confirmation is provided. We may, but not always, utilize a simple automated telephone verification system to satisfy this step. By accepting our terms and site policy you acknowledge this information may be requested at any time and that failure to provide it will result no payment being due until it is verified. Additionally, the name held in your account must match the name listed in your PayPal account or other selected payment method you have chosen, when applicable. Members may be required to complete an automated telephone verification phone call before they can receive their chosen reward. Telephone verification only needs to be completed once. Automated telephone verification, if required, will be implemented on your first payout only.

Relocation
In the event that you permanently or temporarily move to a different country, you must inform us once you have arrived at your new location, so we can update your profile. If you happen to travel to different countries with your job or in vacation, your profile must remain set to your home country as we will not update your country if you are not staying in each location for more than 90 days.

Affiliate Program
As a member of our site you are automatically enrolled in our affiliate program. If invited by another member (your referrer) they will earn commissions from the various activities that you complete on the site. Pagazani does not allow you to create multiple accounts, run another account or attempt to create bogus referral accounts in order to increase your earning potential. Pagazani can at its own discretion remove any accounts it feels that may have been created that violates our terms. Pagazani does not allow members from the same household to be a referral and will remove all affiliates from the same household. Pagazani can, at it's own discretion remove an individual or individuals from the affiliate program structure if it deems necessary. This removal can include whole countries. You can view the affiliate program commission structure from within your account. Any member found to be cheating our affiliate program or referral contests by providing fake signups, using bots, or deliberately low quality referrals simply to win a contest or receive a bonus will be removed from the affiliate program and their account terminated, resulting in the forfeiture of all earnings.

Surveys
Your survey sessions in our market research studies are to be kept strictly confidential and you cannot share with anyone any of its content, including texts, images, videos including your answers or provide instructions on how to navigate a specific session. This also means that you cannot show others what answers to give that may help them qualify for a specific study, through any method (e.g. videos, forums, articles, social media, chat, etc).

Payments
Members can earn rewards through the completion of surveys, offers, and account tasks. Affiliates may have the opportunity to earn by referring new members when affiliate promotions are in effect. Members can be paid by converting their credits to their selected reward choice. Any account credits or balances that are not redeemed are not owed until you convert your credits into a gift or redemption. Payment to members are processed at least once daily. Payments can be held for up to 60 days to complete a verification check. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. You, the member, understand and acknowledge that payment may be held until Pagazani has received confirmation for the completion of an offer. Pagazani.com will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Additionally, we may remove previously credited payments or credits from accounts if a credited activity is later overturned or suspected of wrongdoing. Any member found to be cheating the terms on offers or the terms of this agreement will have their account terminated, resulting in the forfeiture and removal of all earnings and redemptions.

RELATIONSHIP OF THE PARTIES
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and This Program. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Pagazani.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Pagazani and or its management will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or from use of the website, even if Pagazani has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the member program or any services or other items advertised through Pagazani (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions, hacking or errors. Pagazani is not responsible if your PC becomes infected with malware, virus or other program that affects the performance of your PC. It is your responsibility to maintain a good anti-virus and anti-malware program on your system. Pagazani attempts to checks each advertisement on partner offers that is submitted to our system to be sure it does not contain any harmful code or programs. Pagazani is not responsible for any repair or virus removal bills that may be incurred if the member feels he/she was infected from an offer on our website. All Pagazani members should safeguard their account information to prevent use by another user. Certain information, such as email address, username, number of referrals and earnings may be visible to other members but only at your discretion. Pagazani shall have no liability for any unauthorized usage of your account.

INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless this program, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "Losses") for all matters concerning this website, this agreement, the service provided, and all other matters in relation to them.

Pagazani may now, or hereafter from time to time, contain links to third-party web sites which may at times, but not explicitly always, be managed or vetted by independent parties. We do not control, investigate, monitor or check such web sites or services, we are not responsible for the computer programs available from, content in or opinions expressed at such web sites, and we do not investigate, monitor or check. We provide such third-party links only as a convenience to visitors of the site, and the inclusion of a link does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked site by us. If you decide to leave the site and access any third-party web site, you do so at your own risk.

PARTICIPATION TERMS
Pagazani operates several online Rewards Programs, including programs made available and offered directly through the website. The Company may limit, suspend or terminate your ability to participate in these Rewards Programs in its sole and absolute discretion, and may void any points, rewards, or potential rewards you may have earned or accumulated in a Rewards Program, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have not complied with these Terms or any Additional Terms applicable to such participation. You agree to abide by the final and binding decisions of the Company regarding any Rewards Program and your participation in it. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel all or a portion of a Rewards Program, including any points you may have accrued, at any time without prior notice to you.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
Any unauthorised use of this site is forbidden. Any unauthorised use or suspected unauthorised use will be investigated and may result in your account being suspended or terminated. Termination of your account may cause the forfeiture of any earnings you have made with us. INFORMATION RIGHTS
Pagazani may retain and use, subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy (all information you provide, including but not limited to site demographics and contact and billing information. You agree that Pagazani may transfer and disclose to third parties personally identifiable information about you for the purpose of approving and enabling your participation in the program, including to third parties that reside in jurisdictions with less restrictive data laws than your own. Pagazani disclaims all responsibility, and will not be liable to you, however, for any disclosure of that information by any such third party. SPAM POLICY

Any member caught Spamming in a way that is unlawful will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but may also be held liable for their actions in the incident.

INACTIVITY
Accounts that are not accessed for more than 90 days will be closed. You can keep the account active by logging in at least once every 90 days. If you have opted for email communications, We will send email reminders every 7, 30 and 60 days of account inactivity. An account that has been closed can be reopened by simply logging back in. Once an account has been closed, it may be subject to deletion after a certain period of time, and any remaining points in the account will be considered void.

USER CONDUCT
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the site, the features, or our services or use any service to manipulate your computer or other device to gain any advantage on any of our programs.
